CareerLadder is the brain child of HR entrepreneur Adrian Tan in 2014. The idea came from his interactions with more than 100,000 job applicants. Many of them were struggling to identify their dream careers. Even if they know, they were unsure on how to achieve them.
CareerLadder aims to help job seekers identify and achieve their career aspirations. We do this by instilling job-seekers capabilities to attract and engage top hiring organizations.
Our training provides quick impact and allow for immediate application. Job-seekers get to apply their new knowledge for explosive results. The programmes draws from the hiring successes by top headhunters.
CareerLadder has since grew to provide group career transition training via institutions. We also run career planning workshops for organisations that value their existing talents.
As of 1 November 2017, CareerLadder is a division of Peet Asia Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based training and consultancy company.
